Differences Between Both Towers: The South Tower has approximately 172 residences with about four residences per floor. The North Tower will be slimmer, housing two to three residences per floor.

Record Sale: A penthouse at the St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach recently sold for over $55 million, setting a new sales record for Sunny Isles Beach.

Developer and Architect of the St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach: The project is a joint venture between Fortune International Group and Chateau Group, both of which have a rich history of developing luxury residential towers in South Florida. The architect is the renowned Arquitectonica.

Interior Features: All units at the St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach will have direct ocean views. Kitchens are finished with Gaggenau appliances and Italian cabinetry. Options for flooring and finishes are available. Standard residences will have 10-foot-high ceilings while the penthouses will have 12-foot-high ceilings.
