In Episode 25, Lucas heads to the recently completed sales gallery for the St. Regis Residences Miami – the ONLY bayfront, preconstruction condominium development in Brickell. There, he meets up with Senior Sales Executive Catalina Martinez to receive a tour of the showroom and model residence and learn all about the ultra-luxury, waterfront development along Biscayne Bay at 1809 Brickell Avenue.
St. Regis Residences Miami is being developed by an all-star development team comprised of developers Related Group and Integra Investments, world-renownded architect Robert A.M. Stern, and award-winning interior design firm Rockwell Group. St. Regis Residences Miami will have 150 luxury residences comprised of two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses and villas. Prices range from $3.77 million to $50 million.
