In Episode 22, Lucas heads to Miami’s Financial District to visit the recently opened sales gallery for The Residences at 1428 Brickell and learn all about the luxury, 70-story pre-construction condominium development from Sales Executive Jennifer Cervera. The Residences at 1428 Brickell will feature 189 fully finished residential units, including flooring, closets, lighting, and window treatments. 25% of the building will be comprised of two-story residences. The composition of 1428 Brickell will be two-bedroom to four-bedroom-plus-den floor plans ranging in size from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet of living space plus a Penthouse Collection with floor plans ranging in size from 4,000 to 10,000 interior square feet, including two huge penthouses with awe-inspiring, 30-foot-high ceilings. The Residences at 1428 Brickell will be developed by YTech with exterior and interiors designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS led by world-renowned architect Antonio Citterio.
Each residence at 1428 Brickell will feature kitchens exquisitely designed by Antonio Citterio with Italian marble countertops and limestone backsplashes, Arclinea and Vaselli kitchen cabinetry designed and artisanally crafted in Caldogno and Rapolano, Italy; a fully-integrated Gaggenau kitchen appliance package, including paneled refrigerator, paneled freezer, wine refrigerator, convection oven, steam combination oven, and built-in coffee machine; floor-to-ceiling glass windows; double-door entry with private foyer; expansive terraces with summer kitchens; and oversized travertine showers and free-standing, sculptural bathtubs designed and artisanally crafted in Rapolano, Italy. The residences at 1428 Brickell will be delivered fully pre-wired to easily control the home’s environment, including lighting, audio, window treatments, and temperature from a phone or tablet. The ceiling heights of residences in the building will range from 11 to 30 feet high.
