In Episode 21, Lucas receives a presentation for the recently completed Missoni Baia condominium building in Edgewater Miami from Sales Executive Rafael Gonzalez. Following the presentation at the Missoni Baia sales gallery, Lucas meets up with Episode 18 guest Arlyz Morales at the Missoni Baia building to get a tour of the north penthouse as well as a finished 2-bedroom residence.
Missoni Baia is a luxury, waterfront condominium development located in Edgewater Miami at 700 Northeast 26th Terrace. Designed by Asymptote Architecture, Missoni Baia rises 57 stories and includes just 249 condo residences comprised of one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans. Missoni Baia was developed by a group comprised of OKO Group, OB Group, and Cain International. The interior designer of Missoni Baia is Paris Forino Interior Design while the landscape architect is Enea Garden Design.
