In Episode 11, Lucas heads to South Florida’s hottest condo development – Arte Surfside. Over the past six months, Arte has sold at an average price per square foot of $2,973, slightly besting Apogee South Beach (at $2,845 per square foot) as being the highest-priced condominium development in South Florida on a price per square foot basis. Moreover, the developer of Arte has sold over $125M worth of residences since the beginning of the year, quite the sales achievement given that the building consists of only 16 residences and the developer has five units remaining for sale.
At Arte, Lucas meets up with Tara West, Director of Luxury Sales at Arte Surfside, to receive a guided tour of Residence 801 and to discover why Arte has been selling like hotcakes. Residence 801, one of five last remaining units for sale from the developer, is a flow-through 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath condo with 3,127 interior square feet and east and west terraces totaling 750 square feet. It features direct elevator entry with fingerprint recognition technology; European white oak flooring; 10-foot-high ceilings with a floor-to-ceiling Schüco window system; deep, wraparound terraces with Roman travertine ceilings and Brazilian ipe decks; expansive living, dining, and entertaining areas with a Roman travertine accent wall and linear cove lighting; a custom oak and marble Poliform kitchen with Gaggenau kitchen appliances; brushed bronze Hansgrohe AXOR Citterio fittings and accessories; and Roman travertine, oak, and marble master bath with sculptural soaking tub and dual Toto Neorest 700H water closets. Additionally, Residence 801 includes private temperature-controlled parking.
As mentioned above, Arte Surfside consists of only 16 total residences. Despite being such a boutique development, the developer did not skimp on the amenities and services. Far from it! In fact, the development boasts an array of posh amenities and services, including a 75-foot heated, indoor lap pool; a private rooftop tennis court with James Bollettieri programming; a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio; a beachside swimming pool and tranquil meditation pond with sunbeds and cabanas; direct beach access with dedicated chairs and service; a spa with sauna, steam rooms, and locker rooms; a residents’ lounge with full kitchen for entertaining; a children’s playroom; residential butler; a dedicated lifestyle concierge; and pool and beach service.
Early last month, Arte Surfside made headlines for becoming Miami’s first new construction condominium development to accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment. Later that month, Arte made history with the sale of its Lower Penthouse for $22.5M paid in cryptocurrency. On a price per square foot basis, it was the second highest-priced sale in Miami Beach since 2017.
After watching the video above, there should be no wonder as to why Arte condos have been selling like hotcakes. Some say it’s the exquisite finishes, wide-open floor plans, and breathtaking ocean views while others say it’s the exclusive amenities and bespoke service. I think, now, you can see for yourself that it’s all of the above!
With only five residences remaining and the South Florida real estate market on fire, this is no time to wait. The asking price of Residence 801 at Arte Surfside is $10.5 million, or XBT 292.878 as of this writing. For property inquiries, be sure to contact Lucas Lechuga at [email protected].
