In Episode 17, Lucas heads to Miami Beach to visit the sales gallery of Five Park and learn all about South Beach’s newest tower from Sales Executive Milti Kastanis. Once completed, Five Park will be the tallest building in Miami Beach at 518 feet high and 48 stories, and, therefore, should be of no surprise that views are a huge selling point for Five Park. The residences at Five Park will start on the 27th floor, offering breathtaking views of the bay, city, and/or ocean from every side of the building. Additionally, the units will feature private elevator access, 10-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, Gabellini Sheppard custom-designed kitchens, Gaggenau kitchen appliances, Gabellini Sheppard custom-designed master baths, and expansive open floor plans.
Five Park will include an array of luxe amenities, including co-working areas with private offices and board rooms, a children’s learning lab, teen club, screening room, a residents-only pool bar and cafe, a fully-outfitted fitness center, spa and treatment rooms, Beach Club transportation, and 24-hour concierge and butler services.
Dubbed the most transformative residential tower in Miami Beach, the developers of Five Park will also deliver to the neighborhood (besides the 48-story building), a three-acre park called Canopy Park, a retail pavilion, and a 158-foot-long pedestrian bridge designed by celebrated French conceptual artist Daniel Buren to connect the South of Fifth community. Note: Canopy Park has already been delivered to the neighborhood.
Five Park was designed by Arquitectonica with interior design by Gabellini Sheppard. The developers of Five Park are Terra and Russell Galbut. Five Park is currently under construction with completion slated for Q4 2024.
