Drivers, start your engines! In Episode 9 of MiamiRealEstate.TV, Lucas heads back to Sunny Isles Beach to meet up once again with Michelle Judd, but this time at Porsche Design Tower. The iconic Porsche Design Tower is best known for its patented automobile elevator lift system called “The Dezervator” which allows residents to travel vertically up the building at a rate of 800 feet per minute all while sitting in their vehicle. (Worth noting, The Dezervator will also be featured in the upcoming Bentley Residences which is due to launch sales by the end of this year.)
After exiting into the residence’s 2-car sky garage, Michelle and Lucas enter unit 1601, a turnkey furnished 3-bedroom residence with 3,415 interior square feet, an 831-square-foot balcony with a private dipping pool, private elevator access, a Poggenpohl-designed kitchen, 10-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and direct views of the Atlantic Ocean. Michelle then discusses the Artefacto-designed model unit and gives Lucas a general overview of the Porsche Design Tower building and amenities.
