Grab yourself some popcorn, sit back, and enjoy the show! Episode 8 features not only the highest-priced property ever showcased on MiamiRealEstate.TV but also the highest-priced property ever listed for sale on Fisher Island, South Florida’s ultra-exclusive, paradise island known for having the highest per capita income of any place in the United States.
In Episode 8, Lucas is joined by Episode 5 guest Anzhela Petukhova. Together, they ride up in a golf cart (the preferred mode of transportation on Fisher Island) to meet up with Sales Executive Kinga Konsorska to tour Penthouse 2 at Palazzo Della Luna, the Crown Jewel Penthouse of Fisher Island.
Penthouse 2 at Palazzo Della Luna is a GINORMOUS property. It features 7 Bedrooms, 8 Bathrooms, and 2 Powder Rooms with 10,194 interior square feet and 9,315 square feet of terrace, including a 7,322-square-foot rooftop terrace with a private pool, summer kitchen, storage room, outdoor shower, and hot tub. However, the real wow factor of the penthouse is its soaring, 15-foot-high ceilings which provide a front-row seat of the cruise ships, jet skis, and yachts voyaging across Government Cut, a manmade channel separating Fisher Island and Miami Beach.
After their quick meet-and-greet, the trio takes a seat in the 1,880-square-foot Great Room to discuss not only the crown jewel penthouse itself but what it’s like living on Fisher Island. Fisher Island is so rife with amenities that residents of the island really have no reason to ever want to leave. Kinga likens living on Fisher Island to a country club lifestyle. That makes sense because the island features a driving range and putting green; a par 35, nine-hole championship golf course; 18 tennis courts with four playing surfaces, including each ATP Grand Slam surface; 8 professional tennis instructors offering lessons and clinics year-found; a Grand Ballroom located in the historic Vanderbilt Mansion; a beach club; 4 restaurants; a full-service spa and fitness center; and 2 surge-proof marinas with over 100 slips, including one deep water marina; accommodation for vessels up to 250 feet. Additionally, Fisher Island has its own private accredited day school (early education through 6th grade), fire station, emergency medical services station, and post office.
Palazzo Della Luna, and its sister property Pallazo Del Sol, are unique from other condominium buildings located on Fisher Island in that they have their very own amenities. In fact, they are the only buildings on Fisher Island that do, an important selling point to those who take their security and privacy to a whole other level. As Kinga explains, the amenities at Palazzo Della Luna include an infinity-edge Sunset Pool with two lap lanes, an infinity-edge Sunrise Pool, a poolside bar and restaurant, butler-serviced aperitivo bar, two massage treatment rooms, a beauty salon, a fitness center with top-of-the-line equipment, a children’s playroom, a media room, a business center with video conferencing capability, full-service concierge service, and 24-hour valet parking service. Completed in 2019, Palazzo Della Luna is the newest development on Fisher Island. It was designed by Kobi Karp and has just 50 residences comprised of three-to-seven-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 3,724 to 10,194 interior square feet. Of course, being the crown jewel penthouse of the building, after all, Penthouse 2 is the largest.
After their enlightened discussion, Kinga leads the way to show Lucas and Anzhela what $48 million can buy in South Florida. Besides its 1,880-square-foot Great Room, Penthouse 2 at Palazzo Della Luna features a 1,140-square-foot Master Suite with Boffi Master Bath and soaking tub, a 450-square-foot Boffi Kitchen with Miele appliances and Sub-Zero refrigeration and wine cooler, and a 566-square-foot Dining Room.
Saving the best for last, Kinga wraps things up by taking the real estate couple up to the penthouse’s 7,322-square-foot, private rooftop deck which features a private pool, hot tub, summer kitchen, storage room, two pergolas, and breathtaking, 270-degree views of the ocean, bay, and Downtown Miami skyline.
